PURPOSE OF TREATMENT
Management of the relationship with associates, with the purposes of:
- Correctly process the application for registration of new associates;
- Manage the association relationship, that is, collection of the registration and association fee, invitation to events, activities, fairs, congresses and conferences; management of participation in technological innovation projects and, in general, application of the benefits and provision of services inherent to the condition of associate, and
- Provide customer support service.
Management of contact forms, sending of CVs and attendance at events for users of the corporate website and secpholand, with the purposes of:
- Process the request for information or sending a query, the job application or the registration for an event sent by the user of the corporate website and secpholand, through the corresponding contact forms available therein.
Marketing and advertising actions and sending of commercial communications by electronic means, with the purposes of:
- Perform advertising online and on social networks of secpho services (remarketing cookies).
- Send users commercial communications electronically (mms, sms, email, etc.) for advertising purposes about services, information, news and events organized by secpho.
Maintenance of updated suppression lists to avoid being contacted, for the purposes of:
- Keep on a suppression list with the confirmation of those users and associates who have opposed the sending of our commercial communications or have requested the cancellation of their personal data.
Analysis of use, operation and improvement of the corporate website and secpholand, for the purposes of:
- Maintain security and protect the corporate website and secpholand from malicious use.
- Analyze the most common uses of the web and secpholand, assess the effectiveness of its layers, detect the dates/times of the highest influx of users and detect browsing patterns.
- Study possible improvements to the website and secpholand to optimize the usability and user experience on the corporate website and secpholand, and implement them.
- Show the correct content of the corporate website and secpholand, and the content requested by the user at all times.
LEGITIMATION OF TREATMENT
Execution of the general conditions of association of which the associate is a party.
Consent of the user of the corporate website and secpholand.
Consent of the user or associate or, where appropriate, legitimate interest of secpho to maintain a commercial communication with its associates in order to offer them and keep them informed about their services, news and events.
Compliance with the legal obligation derived from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
In executing the membership conditions and when necessary, secpho will communicate the contact details of the associates to other secpho associates or to the relevant third parties with the sole purpose of managing the request sent by the associate in each case. Except for the above assumptions, data will not be transferred to any other third party, except prior legal, judicial or administrative requirement, such as, for example, the state security forces and bodies, the Courts and Tribunals, the corresponding Public Administrations or the Agency Spanish Data Protection.

You can also oppose the processing of your data through the use of cookies at any time, parameterizing your preferences for the use of cookies on the Internet browser you use to browse the corporate website and secpholand.
