PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Execution of the KOONSTEL user licence:

  • To process the user registration procedure of Users with KOONSTEL.
  • Manage their account and/or user profile and its settings.
  • Allow the Users to make use of the functionalities that KOONSTEL offers at any given time according to the licence terms and community rules in force at any given time and the type of user licence subscribed.
  • To allow the User to interact with other KOONSTEL Users, including the User Organisers, according to the privacy and interaction settings configured by the User from time to time and permitted from time to time by the Platform.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Users about any eventuality related to KOONSTEL, its functionalities, availability, terms of use and other features, as well as about the use made of KOONSTEL by the Users and/or the status of their User account.
  • To provide the User support service.
  • To provide technical support services to the User.
  • Control, detect, prevent and/or report fraudulent or criminal conduct and/or conduct contrary to KOONSTEL’s community rules or conditions of use.
  • To comply with SECPHO’s legally enforceable obligations.
  • To bring the appropriate legal actions to defend the interests and rights of SECPHO.

Avatar management

  • Process the avatar registration process.
  • Configure the avatar customisations.
  • Allow Users to use the avatar according to the avatar functionalities offered by KOONSTEL at any given time.
  • Control, detect, prevent and/or report fraudulent or criminal conduct and/or conduct contrary to KOONSTEL’s community rules or conditions of use.
  • To comply with SECPHO’s legally enforceable obligations.
  • To bring the appropiate legal actions to defend the interests and rights of SECPHO.

User Profiling:

  • Suggest to the User different content whose areas of interest coincide with those marked by the User when completing their profile.
  • Send commercial communications by electronic means about KOONSTEL and its products, services, events, and news adapted to Users’ tastes, preferences, interests and habits of use of the Platform.
  • Obtain metrics on the use that Users make of KOONSTEL and its functionalities and services (including events and content provided by User Organisers) based on the analysis of their activity, preferences, behaviours and habits.
  • Improve KOONSTEL’s functionalities, usability and services and adapt them to Users’ preferences, habits and patterns of use of the Platform.
  • Identify and correct inefficiencies or errors and solve problems offered by KOONSTEL.
  • Comply with SECPHO’s legally enforceable obligations.
  • Control, detect, prevent and/or report fraudulent or criminal conduct and/or conduct contrary to the community rules or conditions of use of KOONSTEL.
  • To bring the appropriate legal actions to defend the interests and rights of SECPHO.

Security maintenance and dispute resolution:

  • Control, detect, prevent and/or report fraudulent or criminal conduct and/or conduct contrary to KOONSTEL’s community rules or terms of use.
  • Maintain the security of the Platform and our information systems.
  • To ensure the safety of other KOONSTEL Users.
  • Detect, investigate and, as far as possible, stop and/or prevent any activity suspected of violating KOOSTEL’s community rules and policies and/or of being unlawful or fraudulent in any way.
  • Block User accounts and/or cancel, prevent or cease without prior notice any action by Users on the Platform that may be fraudulent, criminal and/or contrary to KOONSTEL’s community rules or terms of use.
  • Process any dispute resolution process arising from any action by Users on KOONSTEL that is contrary to KOONSTEL’s community rules and policies and/or unlawful in any way and, where appropriate, apply the appropriate internal sanctions.
  • Comply with SECPHO’s legally enforceable obligations.
  • To take the appropriate legal action to defend the interests and rights of SECPHO, including reporting any activity detected in KOONSTEL that is suspected of being unlawful to the State security forces and/or the appropriate courts and tribunals.

Newsletter sending:

  • To send users commercial communications by electronic means for the purpose of advertising SECPHO, its services, products, news, events organised by SECPHO and other promotional or corporate information.

Personal data deletion and blocking:

  • To keep duly blocked the personal data of those Users whose personal data we have deleted for any reason whatsoever.
  • To comply with the obligations legally required of SECPHO.

RIGHTS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

You may exercise your rights of objection, access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and opposition to the fact of being the subject of a decision based solely on the automated processing of your personal data, as recognised by current legislation on the protection of personal data, as explained in our Extended Privacy Policy.
